Booking notes
- A deposit of 300 € ( +- 15 000 Rs ) is required upon arrival of the client. This deposit will be refunded upon departure after performing an inventory in the villa.
- 3 nights stay minimum.
- Once booked a payment of 50 % of the total amount is required to confirm the stay.
- A discount of 5 % is applied in case of 100 % payment at booking.
- Discount 5% on total stay from 7 - 10 days.
- Discount 10% on total stay above 10 days.
- There are no hidden charges on your bookings. All local taxes, fees, running costs and charges are included in the rate.

Once you chose your dates or book the villa you will receive all payments details by email.
